Celebrating Ganesh Utsav in Noida
Back to HomepageIn Noida, the temples and community halls from organizations like Chinmaya Mission host Ganesh utsav every year. There is Puja, Aarti, and cultural events on three to ten days during Ganesh Chaturthi week. The celebrations are also seen in homes and around Noida.
Though across NCR, there are many mandals that celebrate the festival, the big draws are certainly there. There are again huge pandals constructed and puja is done for the Dekhava idols of Lord Ganesha.
Modaks are offered and even distributed across the old Maharashtra Cultural Committee pandal. There are competitions and cultural events too that make the Ganeshutsav a grand occasion in Noida.
